CBD Oil For Sleep. My Best Night In Years.

Since starting our CBD journey, Matt and I have been looking at CBD products from different angles.

We know that CBD helps with anxiety and pain relief, but this could be a game changer for those with chronic sleeping disorders.

We were recently sent an array of Kiara products, including a CBD oil for sleep.

I have suffered from poor sleep for 20 or 30 years, whether struggling to get to sleep or constantly waking up through the night.

Anybody who has suffered similar problems with their sleep will know that this can impact energy levels and productivity through the next day. It is debilitating!

Can CBD oil help with sleep problems?

I have tried one or two products, but I was still looking for a real solution to my sleeping problems. When we reached out to Kiara, we were sent some products, one of which was CBD oil to help with sleep issues.

They offer a range of different strengths, and I was interested in using the 3000 mg to see how this would help with my sleep. I was intrigued to see how this would compare and contrast with other CBD oils and gummies, which I have previously tried.

In order to get the best results, I took a more structured approach with this product, aiming at the higher strength because the lower strength had limited impact in the past.

I have now been taking the 3000 mg CBD oil for a week, and out of the seven days, there’s been four days where I’ve probably had the best quality night’s sleep I’ve had in years.

It is difficult to explain the transformational impact of a good night’s sleep. I suppose it is similar to somebody who suffers from arthritis; at some point, you begin to learn how to live with the condition.

For the last 20 or 30 years, due to my chronic sleeping issues, I have learned to live with it, believing this to be the norm. As the working week progresses I become increasingly tired.

By the end of the week, I am literally done in!

Since we began the CBD blog, we have tried several CBD products for different reasons.

While unfair to name other products, for me, Kiara is the only one which has made a noticeable difference.

The change in my sleeping patterns, even at this early stage, has been remarkable.

Is it down to the particular type of CBD oil, the high dosage or a mixture of the two? We will need to delve more into this in the future.

Having looked at many different CBD oils for sleep and spoken to people who have used them, one thing stands out, strength. Initially, I tried 10 mg and 20 mg to help with my sleep, but this had no impact.

This was disappointing, and I began to think that CBD wouldn’t work for me.

Even though the 3000 mg strength Kiara has worked for me, it didn’t happen overnight, no pun intended!

Even though I have looked into CBD oils for sleep and many products in great detail, it is only now I feel the benefit of cumulative doses.

To put this into perspective, it wasn’t until the third night that I felt the full benefits of an undisturbed night’s sleep.

So whether you are taking CBD oil for chronic sleeping issues, anxiety or pain relief, it is essential to appreciate that you won’t feel the benefits immediately.

Now that I know the Kiara 3000 mg strength CBD oil works for me, it may be a case of tweaking the strength/dosage to find out the optimum level.

While this might take some time and need adjusting along the way, the beauty is that I know which level definitely works.

Research shows that the same levels of CBD will impact people differently.

Therefore, a strength or dosage which works for a friend or partner may not have the same effect on you. However, using trial and error, it is relatively easy to find the optimum level of CBD that works for you.


Two main issues emerged during this beneficial exercise, which has been transformational for my sleeping pattern.

Firstly, it is essential that you find the right strength for yourself and don’t dismiss CBD oil if it is not working straight away.

Secondly, you need to take a structured approach to CBD dosage so your body can build up the required levels.

I am pleased that I persevered even though I felt little impact for the first few days.

That feeling of relief, finally enjoying an undisturbed night’s sleep, has been alien to me for 20 or 30 years.
